Bahia Principe Grand El Portillo
This stylish hotel is centrally located directly next to El Portillo beach and only 4 km from the centre of the tourist resort of Las Terrenas (Samana). The hotel lies in a quiet and idyllic location, surrounded by large palm trees in the middle of a tropical nature area. Flip-flops are recommended due to the offshore coral reefs. The transfer time is approximately 4 hours to Puerto Plata airport. The Grand Bahia Principe El Portillo Hotel overlooks one of the most unspoilt beaches in Samaná, Dominican Republic. A place in which to enjoy crystal-clear waters and white sands with an exclusive service.

“This was my second time staying at a resort of the chain Bahia Principe. I had so much fun! Especially with the entertainment crew, Rony, Pedro, and Gabriel made my whole family and I feel more than welcomed. The service was awesome as well. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Dominican Republic, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.”

“We had a wonderful time at this resort back in 2013! We went there for week in September and we got amazing weather too and price was great! We absolutely fell in love with the morning walk at this resort so peaceful and beautiful. We planing to go back again.”
