“Overall a great place to stay in the Bello Horizonte neighborhood of Santa Marta, with the Hotel highlight clearly being the large pool on the 3rd floor. The coworking area is only a small meeting room and is often occupied by kids which makes it hard to work from. The food and drinks are somewhat pricey for their quality.”

“From Santa Marta City it is a 20 minutes car ride from Airport maybe 10 Minutes. The hotel is located between airport and santa Marta City in second row of buildings. So you Need to walk about 3minutes to the beach. I checked in online before arrival. The CheckIn at hotel was a nightmare. Not speaking English at all, nothing was prepared and platinum elite membership was not honored at all. Forgot drink voucher. My preference if high floor was resulted in floor 13 of 16. no welcome gift! No upgrade tu a better room (higher floor or good view). Room and bed is very nice, large and clean. Room cleaning is above average. Breakfast is ok but not the best. Pool is big enough on 3rd level. German TV channels are missing (only DW available). Balcony is beautiful but for some with fears of height to open. The level of noise is good and AC works very well! I can recommend this hotel. But Hotel has some parts which can be improved. What I really hated was the need to ask three times for Toilette paper? Is this a cost saving issue?!”
