Possivelmente o pior hotel q já estive. Atendimento muito lento. Parece q falta funcionários, mas não. No check in havia apenas uma pessoa, sendo q 2 voos haviam chegado. Filas de pessoas e malas pela recepção. Os restaurantes servem comida insossa.Deixam a comida acabar para repor, aí formam-se filas enormes. É um deus nos acuda.Quartos escuros. A porta do chuveiro não fechava e molhava todo o banheiro. Solicitei toalhas p tomar banho às 10:30 da manhã; só chegaram depois de 16:00. Estava com duas crianças e me venderam um passeio no qual ao chegar no local me disseram q as crianças não poderiam ir.Um menino passou mal na recepção e teve diarreia; pois demoraram mais de 40 minutos para limpar mesmo tendo sido avisados. Isso sem contar q é longe de tudo e totalmente desaconselhável para idosos e crianças de colo por causa das inúmeras escadas.Enfim, passe longe.

Piscina principal ampla com bar e restaurante ao lado.Ambiente casual e sossegado. Colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. Praia privativa a 15 minutos caminhando. Ao lado de uma das atrações da ilha - Rocky Cay. Transporte gratuito para o outro hotel do grupo no centro.

Hotel confortável, funcionários atenciosos, várias piscinas. Suporte ótimo na praia. Não gostei da forma como administram as refeições. Como o hotel é muito grande e tem muita escada o ideal é abrir os restaurantes para todos se sentirem a vontade de ir onde quiserem, justamente porque a locomoção é através de centenas de escadas.

Hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura, Campo e Centro, tem transporte para a praia Johny Cay e para o Centro, tem 3 bons restaurantes, Los Corales, Las Palmas e Trattoria, sendo os dois últimos sob reserva, três piscinas, lanches entre as refeições e apoio para os passeios. Precisa melhorar a água quente, que por vezes Falta, detalhes de iluminação nos quartos e aparador para artigos de higiene dentro do box.

Un hotel que de all inclusive no tiene nada. Nos íbamos a quedar una semana y nos fuimos a los 3 días, y lo más lindo es que no querían devolver el dinero. Después de reclamar nos lo dieron. La comida es poca y de mala calidad, siempre la misma. Los snacks siempre palomitas, los tragos puro hielo. Te prometen servicios y después te los quieren cobrar aparte como los deportes náuticos no motorizados. El personal no es para nada amable, y menos luego de que manifestamos que nos queríamos ir. Nos hicieron ir al hotel del centro para buscar nuestra plata, nos tuvieron esperando más de 2 horas y nos decían que debía venir un mensajero con el dinero. Dado la larga espera, reclame y oh casualidad aparece el dinero (nunca llegó ningún mensajero) nos hicieron perder tiempo siendo que eran nuestros últimos días en la isla, una falta de respeto total.

Péssimo! FUNCIONÁRIO mal educados! Estava almoçando no restaurante de piscina e queriam que eu saísse por estar com a parte de cima do biquíni e de saia longo! Falaram que minha roupa não era adequada sendo que todas as mulheres estavam como eu! Fora que a comida e ruim e as acomodações meu Deus! Banheiro volta cheiro de esgoto e nem tampa para o vaso tem para minimizar, tudo muito mal conservado! Abaixo a foto mostra a roupa inadequada para a área da piscina rsrsrs

Buena experiencia de viaje! Las habitaciones tienen buena vista al mar. Alejado del centro, lo que permite desconectarse y descansar. El servicio de transporte al centro y a la playa es una muy buena opción para programarse en tiempos. Las instalaciones y el servicio están muy bien! La piscina está en excelentes condiciones. Tan sólo tuvimos un incidente con el transporte al aeropuerto, donde el hotel pudo colaborar un poco más. Sin embargo, regresaría sin dudar.

La amplitud y magnificencia de sus vistas a la Bahía Cocoplum, excursiones al hoyo soplador, cueva de Morgan, salto de Morgan, y otras de snorkel, buceo y club de Playa para caminar hasta Rocky Cay y Nicodemo, ver el Jardín Botánico de San Andrés, Parque Manglares de Old Point y la excelente atención, show en vivo y buenos tragos me hicieron pasar inolvidables momentos.

I know, sometimes make arrangements when a hotel is full is very difficult, but you have the possibilities to help a family by receiving luggages, provide at least a meal, such as breakfast, especially when they got at your premises at 5:00 am in the morning... look that is customer service, and it won’t make you poor or rich... but the fact that you held my family in the lobby waiting for a stupid bracelet, and didn’t even offer a breakfast as complementary, while they were waiting believing that the bracelet would save their space on the hotel. I hate when hotels around the world don’t have good customer service not knowing that you guys live because of reservations. The less we deserve is a minimum solution and good treatment and make us happy in our trips. I don’t see how to recommend this hotel because of its limitations to treat its clients is not comparable with the amount of rooms and customers they have. As mention before, something extra, a surprise, a good solution to make people happy do not make you poor or rich just memorable.

El hotel tiene vistas espectaculares, las piscinas son lindas, las habitaciones un poco viejas pero con todas las comodidades necesarias y buena limpieza. El club de playa es espectacular, es privado, la playa es limpia y sin corales que lastiman los pies, en el sitio ofrecen cócteles y snack ilimitados. Las sillas y carpas también son gratuitas. Mi punto negativo es la comida, muy poca variedad en los desayunos y almuerzos, para poder acceder a los restaurantes temáticos de las noches, es necesario cumplir con el código de vestimenta del hotel, el cual me parece excesivo para un hotel de playa y mas en la isla de San Andrés, si los hombres no llevan pantalón largo no pueden entrar.

Nice hotel. Pros: beatiful place and arquitecture. Great and helpfull staff, good rooms.Cons: 20 min walk from the beach or you can take a 5 minute shuttle. Thin walls, really thin... You will get to know your neighbors. Food could improve, very basic menu

Too many steps to go from the rooms to the dining areas and the lobby. Not suitable for elders or sedentary people. Would not recommend. The staff is friendly until you have a complaint, then they answer with an attitude. Left the key inside the room and informed at 8 am. By 7 they had not opened the door. We had three rooms, two of them were not housekeeper in 4 days.

NEGATIVE: Food was too bad. All of us got sick. Too few spots at the beach. Not many activities included in "ALL INCLUSIVE" package. Very very expensive beach shop to buy swimming gear. Only few speaks English. No free drinking water in the room. You have to go to a bar or restaurant to fetch. Mini bar is expensive as everywhere. POSITIVE: Most of the staff is very very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Good rooms, well managed, great air conditioning and 24 hrs hot water. Free bus connection to beach every 30 min. Pools are well maintained except Dolphin pool. But the bar at the Dolphin pool is the best. INFO / SUGGESTION: Buy anything and everything in the city for at least 50% less. Internet is slow, that is understandable. Lots of mosquitos after sunset (be prepared!). Beach is 10 min walk away if you miss bus. Don't buy tours in advance. Renting golfcart or motorcycle is also cheap in the city. Beach activities are also cheap other than Sol Caribe Campo.

It was a good experience. The people were nice and kind. The service was punctual and great! I recommend this place for a good time resting but be careful when you go on high season because the service can be a little bit slowly due to there are a lot of people.

It is no longer what used to be. If you get a room upstairs you are in an OK place, if you get one downstairs you are in hell. Rooms downstairs are better ventilated but are full of humidity and in some cases your room's floor keep full of water coming down from the bathroom in the upper floor. Nasty.To make things only worst, the check-in process takes extremely long, you miss half a day of pleasure in the beach while waiting to have a room assigned.I am giving two stars instead of one just because the food is OK, the place is peaceful and the night shows are great. Don't choose this hotel, go for other well-known hotels, and if you want better experience skip San Andres and go straight to Providencia.
