Fantastic hospitality, great views of the city too. Stayed in the skyline king studio & it was stunning, good size for 2 people. Cleanliness could improve but that’s nitpicking. Plenty of amenities available for a hotel of this size, plus the rooftop is gorgeous at night. Super cool art all around too Hospitalidade fantástica, excelentes vistas da cidade também. Fiquei no estúdio skyline king e foi impressionante, bom tamanho para 2 pessoas. A limpeza pode melhorar, mas isso é picuinhas. Muitas comodidades disponíveis para um hotel deste tamanho, além da cobertura ser linda à noite. Arte super legal por toda parte também

I can only highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect, rooms are very nice and - compared to other hotels in NYC - spacious. Service is excellent (front desk, waiters, life guard, room service) and breakfast was a small selection but very delicious. I will definitely come back Só posso recomendar este hotel. Amazing boutique hotel in amazing location! Staff went above and beyond to help us have a very relaxing honeymoon, which was not difficult in such cool setting. The rooftop pool and bar are great, and the hotel fitness centre has good facilities & a Peloton bike. Looking forward to our next stay!

There is a rooftop pool which is small so get there early if you want to grab a chair in the sun. I would definitely stay here again! Very clean hotel - i was surprised at the large size of the room and bathroom. Amazing location near great shopping and restaurants including little Italy. There is a rooftop pool which is small so get there early if you want to grab a chair in the sun. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a pretty place with a surprising number of amenities for the size of hotel it is. The room was decent size (in NY for the same money there are many smaller) with spacious bathroom, high ceilings and large windows. Lots of little details like two levels of light in the bathroom, better hair dryer, Nespresso coffee maker. We got the package that included breakfast, which was very nice and served in a lovely dining room with views.Love the on-site amenities and the roof top pool and bar with amazing 3/4 views. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good SOHO location with good dining locally in a very walkable area. I come on business and would definitely stay again. É um lugar bonito com um número surpreendente de comodidades para o tamanho do hotel que é. O quarto era tamanho decente (em NY para o mesmo dinheiro há muitos menores) com banheiro espaçoso, teto alto e janelas grandes. Muitos pequenos detalhes como dois níveis de luz no banheiro, secador de cabelo melhor, cafeteira Nespresso. Recebemos o pacote que incluía café da manhã, que era muito bom e servido em uma adorável sala de jantar com vista.Ame as comodidades no local e a piscina e bar na cobertura com vistas incríveis de 3/4. A equipe foi amigável e atenciosa. Boa localização SOHO com bons restaurantes localmente em uma área muito tranquila. Venho a negócios e com certeza ficaria novamente.

So glad I chose this hotel for my stay in NY. The staff were all so friendly & fun. As a solo traveler it was nice to have a laugh with them when coming & going. I booked a King Sky room so was hoping to be on a higher floor but the room was still excellent & spacious. Will recommend to anyone visiting NY! Tão feliz por ter escolhido este hotel para a minha estadia em NY. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e divertidos. Como um viajante individual, foi bom rir com eles ao entrar e sair. Reservei um quarto King Sky, então esperava estar em um andar superior, mas o quarto ainda era excelente e espaçoso. Irá recomendar a quem visita NY!

Excellent! Stayed here for a week, the rooms are beautiful with heaps of space and good views. The service is wonderful throughout every part of the hotel. Finally the location is very convenient, lots to do in the area and can easily walk down town, plus a subway next door. Thanks for a lovely stay! This hotel is AMAZING. HUGE shout out to Evelin for being great from start to finish. We moved here from another hotel due to a terrible experience and this was a night and day difference. The lifeguards up stairs are all very friendly and service was awesome. We will definitely be back when we end up in the city. Este hotel é INCRÍVEL. ENORME gritar para Evelin por ser ótimo do início ao fim. Nós nos mudamos para cá de outro hotel devido a uma experiência terrível e essa foi uma diferença de noite e dia. Os salva-vidas nas escadas são todos muito simpáticos e o serviço foi incrível. Com certeza voltaremos quando chegarmos à cidade.

This hotel is AMAZING. HUGE shout out to Evelin for being great from start to finish. We moved here from another hotel due to a terrible experience and this was a night and day difference. Reservamos um quarto no ModernHaus para preparar nosso chá de bebê em um local próximo. Embora não tenhamos tido a chance de aproveitar o quarto e as comodidades com toda a preparação, a equipe, o quarto e a localização foram excelentes. No check-in, nos ofereceram 2 bebidas complementares em qualquer um de seus três restaurantes/bares para a nossa estadia! A equipe foi ótima!!!Após o check-out, percebemos que deixamos uma garrafa de vinho para a oferta do nosso chuveiro. Liguei para a recepção e eles conseguiram localizá-lo e colocá-lo de lado para retirada mais tarde naquela noite.Definitivamente voltaremos no futuro se tiver a chance.Obrigada! :)

We booked a room at ModernHaus to prep for our baby shower at a nearby venue. Although we did not get a chance to enjoy the room and amenities with all the prepping, the staff, room and location was superb. At check in, we were offered 2 complementary drinks at any of their three resturant/bars for our stay! Staff was great!!! After checking out we realized we left a bottle of wine behind for our shower’s giveaway. Called the front desk and they were able to locate and put it aside for pickup later that night. Will definitely return in the future if given the chance. Thank you! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at ModernHaus! We have stayed at plenty of hotels in Soho and this one is definitely a quick favorite. Lots of natural light and great views from our room. No hassle check in process, comfortable beds, consistent housekeeping service.

Fomos recebidos por um excelente homem da porta que garantiu que a nossa experiência foi boa. A recepção também foi muito amigável. Ele havia dito no site vallet parking, mas era uma dor porque eles disseram que não estavam oferecendo. Fomos para o bar da cobertura em um e eles não abrem até o final da tarde, mas vistas incríveis e espaço atraente no topo. O quarto era bem limpo, mas muito pequeno e o banheiro só tinha um copo entre o banheiro e o quarto. Portanto, se você estiver hospedado com um hóspede, saiba que ele pode vigiá-lo até mesmo no chuveiro. Um pouco caro para o que você recebe.

We were greeted by an excellent door man who made sure our experience was good. Reception was also very friendly. It had said on the website vallet parking yet it was a pain because they said they are not offering it. We went to the roof top bar on a and they do not open until late in the afternoon but amazing views and cute space on top. The room was nicely cleaned but too small and the bathroom only had a glass in between the bathroom and bedroom. So if you are staying with a guest be aware they can watch you even in the shower. A little over priced for what you get.

O restaurante do hotel e em geral é fantástico. Ótima localização, limpa e moderna. No entanto, lembre-se, é um hotel de festa. A música é alta, os festeiros eventualmente entram pela recepção, elevadores, etc. A área da piscina superior é um clube à noite, o que significa que se você é um madrugador, a área da piscina está suja de chiclete, cuspe, canudinhos de bebida e minha esposa encontrou sacos de drogas no chão e lixo flutuando no fundo da piscina. Entenda que é um clube e eu já fui jovem, mas pelo custo do quarto é inaceitável.

Hotel restaurant and in general is fantastic. Great location, clean and modern. However, keep in mind, its a PARTY hotel. Music is loud, party goers eventually enter through front desk, elevators, etc. The top pool area is a club at night, that means if you are an early riser the pool area is filthy with gum, spit, drink straws and my wife found drug bags on floor and garbage floating at bottom of pool. Understand its a club and I was young once but for the cost of the room its unacceptable.

For a 5 star hotel i think I wasn't convinced it lived up to its stars. For every service request i had to put in the same request at least twice. The front desk was helpful though and the location is good. May not prefer to go here again.

Good Location. Medium Quality First night I had a corner room. Not properly cleaned. Then i moved to a normal queen room. Higher floor with a nice view. Better cleaned but the bed sheets were stained. Nothing you would expect from a 5stars hotel. I had even a problem with the heating system. I hope next time to be luckier.

The James New York – SoHo is a great modern hotel. It has a good location next to shopping places, restaurants, and bars. My friends stayed there for two weeks and their experience was amazing. The staff is friendly, the rooms are well-furnished and clean.

I'll definitely stay here again the next time I visit. The room was comfy, the location is great, it's next to the BEST deli and coffee shop (Soho's Finest & Now or Never Coffee) and the hotel staff were so wonderful. Natalie, Edlira, Kenny and Jimmy all made sure my trip went perfectly. The fitness center was really convenient, and had a wide variety of equipment to help work off the fresh cookies they provided every day at 8pm in the lobby!

Bueno, comodo. Bien ubicado con los subtes. Amable la gente pero no es guauu. Hay cosas q son caras al final. El servicio de limpieza de la habitacion no es bueno. A veces el ascensor se usa mucho y se complica subir o bajar. Esperaba mas en conclusión.
