“· The location is good if you want to be in The city centre - but lots of homeless people squat around the enterance etc. I would recommend staying in Palermo or San Telmo personally. · The staff were so rude! The 2 guys that sit behind reception most days were just useless and were not approachable. They told us to call 0 for any problems, buy everytime we called they would answer and then hang up so we would have to go down. They didnt give us any info about the location or whats around - no map. We asked for them to call us a taxi to the Bus terminal for 545pm, when we were ready to go the night receptionist had to call and book because it hadnt been done. It was clean but there was a dead fly with blood on the bathroom door when we got there - pretty gross. I think they are having a shortage of toilet paper because they would barely give us 1 a day.”

“Terrible experience! I booked and paid through Priceline express deal. At first, I thought this is good price for a center location hotel. It turned out that when I arrived at the hotel, they said there were air conditioning repairs for all first and second floors and they have no more rooms and have to send me to another hotel owned by the same company. They also promised to pay for taxi back and forth between the two hotels. I was fine and understanding and waiting for a taxi for almost an hour. Then two ladies walked in and tried to check in and they got a room! After reading the reviews, I think either they are overbooking and send certain people (my case, express deals) to their cheaper hotels or they constantly have problems!”
