This place is beyond disgusting and dirty. It is very outdated, the 2br 2bath unit smelled horrible so we burned candles. Needless to say we instant checked out, once we saw a family of roaches under the kitchen sink. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.....Sonesta don't respond to this asking for a second chance, because this place is like staying in the projects.

The place was dirty and there were no pillows on any of the beds. The fireplace was nice. I would never stay here again.

Esta foi a primeira vez que me hospedei no Sonesta Suites. O hotel era limpo e agradável. Minha única reclamação ... Acho que seria sensato atualizar para televisores inteligentes. Até o rádio-relógio é antigo. Sem porta USB. A piscina era ótima, eu gostei disso. No geral foi uma experiência agradável.

Muito pobre. Chegou e o primeiro quarto estava extremamente sujo. Muita mancha no tapete e nas camas. Decidimos trocar de quarto. Depois de mudar de quarto, minha família e eu tínhamos acabado de limpar e nos instalar e estávamos limpando um respingo da geladeira e baratas vinham de baixo. Nós imediatamente empacotamos nossas coisas e o hotel ofereceu um quarto diferente que foi recusado, pois já era o nosso segundo quarto. Indo para um hotel diferente e não voltarei aqui.

Esta fue la primera vez que me alojaba en Sonesta Suites. El hotel estaba limpio y agradable. Mi única queja ... Creo que sería prudente actualizarse a televisores inteligentes. Incluso el radio reloj es antiguo. Sin puerto USB. La piscina era genial, lo disfruté. En general, fue una experiencia agradable.

Very poor. Arrived and the first room was extremely dirty. Lots of stain on the carpet and beds. We decided to switch rooms. After moving rooms my family and I had jus finished cleaning and settling in and we were wiping a spill by the refrigerator and cockroaches came from underneath. We immediately packed our stuff and the hotel offered a different room which was declined as that was already our second room. Going to a different hotel and will not be returning here.

This was my first time staying at Sonesta Suites. The hotel was clean and nice. My only complaint... I think it would be wise to upgrade to smart televisions. Even the clock radio is old. No USB port. The pool was great I did enjoy that. Overall it was a nice experience.

O quarto do hotel é grande e limpo. O pessoal foi bom. Eu acidentalmente deixei cair meu CC no slot da chave e eles o seguraram para mim. A piscina está fechada para um mergulho das crianças? Sei lá. Eu escolhi o hotel de 20 outros por causa da piscina. O café da manhã para viagem deve ser ignorado. Uma barra de granola, laranja, muffin pré-embalado. Não vale a pena o extra de $ 7 ou acordar cedo.

Tínhamos escrito reservas de confirmação para uma suíte de dois quartos - King e duas camas de casal - lareira. Na MANHÃ DE, eles ligaram e disseram que não poderiam nos acomodar. Disse que estavam lotados. Você planeja uma bela estadia e algo assim acontece. Tentei nos oferecer um pequeno quarto. Escolhemos este local como sempre fazemos por um motivo. Temos sido clientes fiéis neste local. Além do choque, eles arruinaram completamente uma estadia em seu hotel.

Habíamos escrito las reservas de confirmación para una suite de dos habitaciones, una cama king y dos dobles, con chimenea. En la MAÑANA DE, llamaron y nos dijeron que no podían acomodarnos. Dijo que tenían overbooking. Planeas unas hermosas vacaciones en casa y sucede algo como esto. Intenté ofrecernos una habitación pequeña. Elegimos este lugar como siempre lo hacemos por una razón. Hemos sido clientes habituales en este lugar. Beyond se sorprendió de que arruinaran por completo una estadía en su hotel.

The hotel room is big and clean. The staff was nice. I accidentally dropped my CC in the key slot and they held it for me. The pool is closed for a kids swim? Idk. I picked the hotel from 20 others because of the pool. The grab and go breakfast should be skipped. A granola bar, orange, pre packaged muffin. Not worth the extra $7 or waking up early.

We had written confirmation reservations for a Two Bedroom Suite - King and Two Doubles - Fireplace. On the MORNING OF, they called and told us they could not accommodate us. Said they were overbooked. You plan for a beautiful staycation and something like this happens. Tried to offer us a small room. We chose this spot as we always do for a reason. We have been repeat customers in this spot. Beyond shocked that they completely wrecked a stay at their hotel.

Pisos sujos. Banheiro solto. Vazamento de água ao redor da base do vaso sanitário que o reparador não conseguiu consertar. No geral, precisa de uma limpeza completa. A cama é confortável e os lençóis, lençóis e toalhas parecem limpos. A cozinha estava suja, encontrei muitos utensílios e copos que não estavam limpos e pareciam ter comida neles. Embaixo da pia estava imundo. Armários sujos. A cozinha não vem com panos de prato ou saboneteira. Abajur ao lado da poltrona faltando abajur. Andar descalço no chão deixará seus pés pretos. O carpete deve ser substituído por azulejo ou algo que não retenha sujeira. O ar condicionado funciona bem, mas o quarto parece úmido e o armário cheira a mofo. O banheiro é minúsculo, é difícil fechar a porta estando lá dentro. Eu não recomendo este estabelecimento e acho que meu comentário está sendo generoso. Quaisquer revisores positivos não devem ter tido um quarto como o meu.

Dirty floors. Loose toilet. Water leaking around base of toilet that repairman could not fix. Overall, needs thorough cleaning. The bed is comfortable and the sheets, linens and towels seem clean. The kitchenette was dirty, I found many utensils and glasses that were not clean and appeared to have food on them. Underneath the sink was filthy. Cabinets dirty. Kitchen did not come with dish towels or dish soap. Lamp next to armchair missing lampshade. Walking barefoot on the floor will turn your feet black. Carpeting needs to be replaced with tile or something that does not hold dirt. Air conditioning works ok but the room feels humid and the closet has a musty smell. Bathroom is tiny, it is difficult to close the door while standing inside. I do not recommend this establishment and I think my review is being generous. Any positive reviewers must not have had a room like mine.

Great great away! Although loud if you have neighbors on top of your head! The rooms could use a deep cleaning but over all it was a decent stay!

This is a great hotel which I really enjoyed. I walked into this hotel and checked-in quickly. The guy at the check-in desk was nice and he gave me my room key. I left the lobby of the hotel and went to my room. I was surprised to find that the hotel was made up of several different buildings that were built like townhouses instead of one large, conventional hotel building. I opened the door to my hotel room and was greeted by a nice, clean room with two nicely furnished beds. I went into the room, put my suitcase down, and laid on my bed. The bed was really comfy, which I liked. I checked into the hotel pretty late, so I stayed in my room and watched some TV. I went to bed and woke up the next morning. I packed my suitcase, checked out, and left the hotel. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice rooms with comfy beds. It’s also pretty close to Crocker Park, which I like.
