Re pintado com a marca Residence Inn by Marriott. Eu fiquei ouvir 20 anos atrás quando era um Residence Inn. Eles fizeram um bom trabalho ao atualizar o lugar.

Este hotel foi terrível. Não acredite nas fotos de forma alguma. Pagamos $ 300 por noite por um hotel que não deveria cobrar mais do que $ 75. This hotel was terrible. Don’t believe the pictures at all. We paid $300 a night for a hotel that shouldn’t charge more than $75. The room is gross, dishes dirty and dishwasher we stayed because of the kitchen related to coronavirus. While on vacation we thought it be good to cook instead of eating out at restaurants. Unfortunately all they had was two pots large no utensils refrigerator with light hanging down to melt plastic the stairs are separated going upstairs the carpet is gross with a greasy feel to your feet The furniture is plastic covered and it’s nasty, it’s very outdated stains all over the carpet water shuts on and off randomly while showering the bathroom small smoke was throughout the air throughout my stay it was nasty. It was a nasty nasty nasty nasty experience there’s transient people living all around you, it’s outdoor entry when it rains it floods the front doors because the gutters are never cleaned. You just simply felt gross at this s hotel. Do not believe any positive ratings do not believe the photos you will be highly disappointed the stairs were separating from the wall. The island is broken and stains. If you want to expect a kitchen go shopping for a toaster and pans and parts and utensils and glasses and plates first. Kind of defeats the purpose. I was just glad there was no bedbugs. I guess that’s what I’m grateful for no bedbugs that’s the best thing I can say about the place

Re painted re branded Residence Inn by Marriott. I stayed hear 20 years ago when it was a Residence Inn. They did a good job bringing the place up to date.

Não deixo comentários negativos, mas quero salvar alguém de uma experiência horrível como a que tivemos. Se eu pudesse dar zero ou estrelas negativas, eu o faria. Os funcionários não se importam com suas instalações e isso fica evidente. Nosso loft veio completo com uma porta quebrada, queimaduras de cigarro na bancada, grades pegajosas, ambas as banheiras não drenavam corretamente, então todos nós tivemos que tomar banho com cinco centímetros de água girando em torno de nossos tornozelos diariamente, SEMPRE cheirava a maconha, o a cortina do chuveiro em um banheiro estava rasgada e nunca ficava fechada, a toalha no banheiro já estava suja e pendurada como se estivesse limpa. Ninguém veio esvaziar o lixo ou oferecer toalhas limpas, e o equipamento de ginástica estava imundo, com manchas visíveis de suor (acho que eles não se importam com a higienização durante uma PANDÊMICA GLOBAL). Fizemos o check-out HORAS de antecedência para que não tivéssemos que agüentar aquele lugar e quando MOSTRAMOS AS IMAGENS DA EQUIPE DO FRONT DESK, eles alegaram que eu seria reembolsado, mas puxaram fundos adicionais (NÃO usamos nenhum incidente) e NUNCA ENVIAMOS O REEMBOLSO CONFORME PROMETIDO MESMO COM EVIDÊNCIAS FOTOGRÁFICAS. O GERENTE NUNCA MESMO MOSTROU SEU ROSTO PARA RESOLVER NOSSAS PREOCUPAÇÕES. Por favor, faça um favor a si mesmo e à sua família e fique em qualquer outro lugar, para que você não tenha que sofrer e PAGAR PARA SOFRER como nós.

I don’t leave negative reviews but I want to save someone from having a horrible experience like we did. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. The employees don’t care about their facility and it shows. Our loft room came complete with a broken door, cigarette burns on the countertop, sticky railings, both tubs didn’t drain properly so we all had to shower with two inches of water swirling around our ankles daily, it ALWAYS smelled of weed, the shower curtain in one bathroom was ripped and would never stay closed, the towel in the bathroom was already dirty and hanging up like it was clean. No one came to empty the trash or offer fresh towels, and the gym equipment was filthy, with visible sweat stains (I guess they don’t care about sanitizing during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC). We checked out HOURS early so we wouldn’t have to endure that place and when we SHOWED THE FRONT DESK STAFF PICTURES, they claimed I would be refunded, but they pulled additional funds (we used NO INCIDENTALS) and NEVER SENT THE REFUND AS PROMISED EVEN WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE. THE MANAGER NEVER EVEN SHOWED THEIR FACE TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS. Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay ANYWHERE ELSE, so you don’t have to suffer and PAY TO SUFFER like we did.

Fiquei para trabalhar. Tinha um quarto com cama king-size e cozinha totalmente equipada. O quarto estava limpo. A equipe foi excelente e acolhedora. Eu precisava de um primeiro andar, nenhum estava disponível, mas eles mudaram as coisas para que isso acontecesse. Eu não poderia estar mais satisfeito com este lugar!

Stayed for work. Had a king bed room with fully equipped kitchen. The room was clean. The staff was great and accommodating. I needed a 1st floor, none were available but they moved things around to make it happen. I couldn't be more pleased with this place!

Eu reservei uma suíte dupla com cama queen-size. Chegamos ao quarto e o descobrimos muito frio, o carpete com várias manchas de várias cores, a máquina de lavar louça cheirava horrivelmente, grandes teias de aranha por todo o quarto e um termostato / sistema de aquecimento que não funcionou. Notifiquei a recepção solicitando uma mudança de quarto. Nós fomos então atualizados para um loft. O loft era quente, agradável e confortável. No entanto, os armários / sofá da cozinha estavam desatualizados e precisavam de uma atualização. A chaminé do sótão apresentou vazamento (chuva forte). Que vazou para a lareira, criando um barulho alto que interrompeu nosso sono várias vezes ao longo da noite. O piso do loft parecia fraco. Quando entramos / entramos no banheiro, podíamos ouvir o barulho do chão. Minha filha reclamou que ela podia nos ouvir andando e isso era alto. Esteja ciente de que o piso era acarpetado. Nós nunca fomos informados sobre o pacote e ir para o café da manhã / seus horários de coleta. O café da manhã embalar e ir era simplesmente um lanche para uma criança em idade pré-escolar na saída. Consistia em um dinamarquês (sem data de validade, pois foi raspado na embalagem), uma garrafa de água de 8 onças, uma barra de granola e um Go-Gurt EXPIRADO (2-10-21). No geral, eles receberam uma estrela. A estrela extra é para os cavalheiros da recepção, que foram muito simpáticos, acomodaram a mudança de quarto.

A recepcionista jesue. Serviço horrível dele. Já esteve neste hotel várias vezes. Se eu não voltar, ele seria o motivo. Depois de fazer uma reserva chegando a tempo e com cartão para pagar, ele diz que não aceita cartões de campainha. Eu posso entender isso, eu proponho que minha esposa venha com seu cartão para consertar isso. Ele se recusou a nos deixar mudar o nome na reserva. Enquanto ambos estavam em pé na frente dele explicando que estávamos cientes dessa regra com cartões de débito.

Upon arrival room states to be sanitized although we noticed the dirty counter tops and chairs. We called to request a additional high chair for the kitchen table and was told someone would drop it off which they never did. We also had difficulty sleeping due to noisy kidsoutside our room at 2 am. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some family time do not come here!!!

I booked a double queen bed suite. We arrived to the room to find it very cold, the carpet with multiple stains of multiple colors, the dish washer smelled horrible, large spider webs throughout the room, and a thermostat/heating system that did not work. I notified the front desk requesting a room change. We were then upgraded to a loft. The loft was warm, nice, and comfy. However, the kitchen cabinets/couch were outdated, and needed an upgrade. The loft chimney had a leak (heavy rain). Which leaked into the fireplace, creating a loud noise which broke our sleep multiple times throughout the night. The loft floors appeared to be weak. When we walked in/towards the bathroom, we could hear the squeaking of the floors. My daughter complained that she could hear us walking around and that is was loud. Be advised the floors were carpeted. We were never informed about the pack and go breakfast/its pick up times. The pack and go breakfast were simply a snack for a pre-school child at dismissal. It consisted of a danish (lacked an expiration date, as it was rubbed off the package), an 8 oz water, a granola bar, and an EXPIRED (2-10-21) Go-Gurt. Overall, they receiveda one star. The extra star is for the gentlemen at the front desk, who was very nice, and accommodated the room change.

After making a reservation arriving on time and with card to pay he says they don’t take chime cards. I can understand this, I offer to have my wife come in with her card to fix this. He refused to let us change the name on the reservation. While both standing in front of him explaining that we were in aware of this rule with debit cards.
