“Overpriced for the quality. Lock was broken in half and just screwed back into the door by someone with little maintenance experience. Showerhead was always crooked and pressure sucked. TV didn't work in the master bedroom, it wouldn't change channels it was just stuck on baby kids shows. Consistently ran out of food at breakfast. Fire alarm went off at 6:44 in the morning. No calls or anything to reassure the guests or to make sure everyone was safe. Rust all along the bottom of the doorway to the pool, it could definitely cause injury. The paint was peeling all over the ceiling of the pool and you could tell a "repair" attempt had been made but wasn't sufficient. Hot tub didn't have working jets and the sauna was "temporarily" out of service. I'd like to know how long its been since it actually worked. For $140 a night i would have expected a lot more. I'll never go back”
