“Sandals is amazing. The staff are very friendly and you certainly feel well taken care of. The food is excellent everywhere and they had plenty of vegetarian options which I appreciate. The beach and pools are beautiful. The only thing is you get harassed on the beach by outside vendors (nothing to do with Sandals). We also had to get to the airport ridiculously early when we could have spent more time at the pool in the morning instead of sitting at the airport for 5 hours.”

We stayed at the Grande for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely amazing! The resort grounds were beautiful, and all of the staff were so kind and accommodating. The food and entertainment were consistently great as well.The resort offers tons of activities and water sports. We got PADI certified with Michael and Marly, and they were patient and thorough instructors. We went on several breath-taking dives with their team and saw tons of beautiful corals, fish, and rays.The Grande was paradise, and we were so happy to stay there!

Excellent resort. Scuba was the best part - the sea life and visibility was amazing. With this resort, the dive boat leaves from a pier on site, so no lengthy bus ride to a dock or marina elsewhere. The worst part of the stay was the well worn matress and box spring, but the remainder of the resort - the restaurants and beach - were absolutely fantastic.

Uma vez que nos recuperamos da longa viagem do aeroporto (1 hora, 30 minutos +) em uma van velha com janelas quebradas e sem ar condicionado, no hotel fomos abordados por garotas do spa tentando angariar negócios e elas perseguem você a semana toda. Estávamos esperando mais de um resort Sandals porque pensamos que era um lugar de prateleira superior para o que eles cobram para ficar lá. Se você não chegasse à praia às 6 da manhã, estava sem sorte para um local com sombra na praia. A equipe de garçons na praia foi muito atenciosa e sempre trouxe bebidas fabulosas. O restaurante italiano foi o nosso favorito e o restaurante que serviu café da manhã, almoço e jantar também foi excelente. O Bistro, perto da praia tinha um serviço muito lento mas a comida era boa. Houve entretenimento noturno que também foi muito bom. O hotel se hospedaram no Halcyon Beach Sandals, mas pegou o ônibus para o Grand e ofereceu muito mais como comodidades e restaurantes, mas foi extremamente ocupado com tantas pessoas. Quase como uma atmosfera de navio de cruzeiro. Em suma, achamos que as pessoas lá são muito, muito amigáveis. Não temos planos de voltar a visitar outro resort Sandals.

Una vez que nos recuperamos del largo viaje al aeropuerto (1 hora, 30 minutos o más) en una camioneta vieja con las ventanas rotas y sin aire acondicionado, en el hotel fuimos abordados por chicas del spa que intentaban hacer negocios y te persiguen toda la semana. Esperábamos más de un resort de Sandals porque pensamos que era un lugar de primera para lo que cobran por quedarse allí. Si no llegó a la playa a las 6 am, no tuvo suerte en encontrar un lugar con sombra en la playa. Los camareros de la playa eran muy atentos y siempre traían bebidas fabulosas. El restaurante italiano fue nuestro favorito y el restaurante que sirve el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena también fue excelente. El Bistro, cerca de la playa, tenía un servicio muy lento pero la comida era buena. Hubo entretenimiento nocturno que también fue muy bueno. Nos alojamos en el Halcyon Beach Sandals, pero tomamos el autobús hasta el Grand y ofrecía mucho más en cuanto a servicios y restaurantes, pero estaba muy ocupado con tanta gente. Casi como un ambiente de crucero. En general, creemos que la gente allí es muy, muy amable. No tenemos planes de volver a visitar otro complejo de Sandals.

Once we recovered from the very long airport ride (1 hour, 30 mins+) in an old van with broken windows and no a/c, at the hotel we were accosted by spa girls trying to drum up business and they dog you all week.We were expecting more from a Sandals resort because we thought it was a top shelf place for what they charge to stay there.If you didn't get to the beach at 6am, you were out of luck for a shady spot on the beach.The wait staff on the beach was very attentive though and always brought fabulous drinks. The Italian restaurant was our favorite and the restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner was also excellent.The Bistro, near the beach had very slow service but the food was good.There was evening entertainment that was also very good.We stayed at the Halcyon Beach Sandals but took the bus over to the Grand and it offered much more as far as amenities and restaurants but it was extremely busy with so many people.Almost like a cruise ship atmosphere.All in all, we think the people there are very very friendly.We have no plans to return to visit another Sandals resort.

Excelente complejo. El buceo fue la mejor parte: la vida marina y la visibilidad fueron increíbles. Con este resort, el bote de buceo sale de un muelle en el lugar, por lo que no hay un largo viaje en autobús a un muelle o puerto deportivo en otro lugar. La peor parte de la estadía fue el colchón y el somier gastados, pero el resto del complejo, los restaurantes y la playa, fueron absolutamente fantásticos.

This was our first Sandals experience, our honeymoon. This place is absolutely gorgeous. It was both our first time at one and we booked another while we were there! The staff was so nice and courteous and it felt like home. We also had to call the on call nurse, and he was amazing! The last thing you want to do is need medical attention while on vacation, and he was phenomenal!

O nosso quarto aquático era lindo (nível de concierge é altamente recomendado!), A equipe foi tão incrivelmente atenciosa, a comida deliciosa, e as vistas pareciam uma proteção de tela.. Foi uma viagem inacreditável! A única reclamação que tenho é que tivemos que voltar para casa!! Ubicación fabulosa, playa increíble. Experiencia de natación notable. Gran equipo de personas que han sido agraciadas con el don de la risa fácil. A la propiedad le vendría bien un poco de mejora interior, como alfombras en los pasillos, baños. Las personas que trabajan en el resort son muy trabajadoras y están deseosas de complacer. Al desayuno le vendría bien un toque más auténtico. Zumos recién exprimidos, más tipos de queso por ejemplo. Baguettes recién horneadas, que sé que están disponibles en la isla. Estuve en Sandals en Santa Lucía para un viaje misionero para ayudar en el cuidado dental para los lugareños y los menos afortunados. Our trip was INCREDIBLE!! We LOVED Sandals St. Lucian, and are so happy we chose to go here for our honeymoon! Our swim up room was beautiful (concierge level is highly recommended!), the staff was so unbelievably attentive, the food was delicious, and the views looked like a screen saver.. It was an unbelievable trip!! Only complaint that I have is that we had to come home!! One of the bar staff, Claudia, took us under her wing for the week and made us feel like family.. She was so incredible, she always made sure we were taken care of, sometimes she would come over just to see how our trip was going and just talk, we LOVED her, and have kept in touch with her since we left! Cannot say enough good things about this resort and the time we had, HIGHLY recommend to people looking at resorts for their honeymoon!!

In November we went to this resort for a wedding. I wasn’t impressed for a 5 star hotel. There was no customer service that actually made any difference. The staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate. If you wish to do any scuba diving and you have health issues (I have high blood pressure and is under control), I was required doctors note. This is not mentioned anywhere. Hotel offered for local doctor to certify for $150. How would the local doctor review make any difference. Fridge leaking, queue for excursions booking and restaurant booking. They could use modern technology to make it easy. I complained at the hotel and all I got was apologies. Send a Sandal feedback on return. No response even when I requested. I would never go to sandals holiday ever again. They do good marketing globally. Very disappointed customer..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was at Sandals in St Lucia for a mission trip to aid in dental care for the locals and less fortunate. It was an amazing experience and they had put up our 1000 Smiles foundation the rooms were beautiful, sights were breathtaking, the people were warm and friendly and the food was exceptional. Although I was not able to enjoy the vacation portion of it- the entire experience filled my 💜

Beautiful resort with amazing staff! Drinks and food were delicious, plenty of options to choose from. The entertainment was great! We enjoyed our time at the beach very much it was absolutely gorgeous. Gordon's offered a very romantic dinner atmosphere and Kimonos was a lot of fun. We had so much fun we decided to book another Sandals vacation before we left.

This was one of the most wonderful vacations ever. The food was excellent and the staff regardless of their job were always so friendly, asking if you need anything, if you were enjoying yourself, is there anything they can get you. Would definitely recommend this, even though we were not celebrating anything this would be the best honeymoon ever. Lots of activities and wonderful entertainment

Que lindo pedaço do paraíso. Nós passamos férias aqui por uma semana 5-12 novembro. Tudo foi perfeito. A equipe de entretenimento fez um ótimo trabalho - um grito especial para Sparky, que pegou fogo em suas calças, mas ainda manteve o show acontecendo! Os barmen foram fantásticos- Jelani era meu favorito - tão engraçado e gentil. Denver também foi ótimo! Toda a comida estava maravilhosa. Um grito especial para a equipe de mergulho que cuidou melhor de nós durante toda a semana - Peaches & Marcus & Chocolate tornou esta viagem memorável. E Brandon era um ótimo capitão de barco! Não temos reclamações durante a semana - mas recomendamos pegar a balsa para o resort e o helicóptero de volta ao aeroporto!

El equipo de entretenimiento hizo un gran trabajo: un agradecimiento especial a Sparky, quien encendió sus pantalones en llamas, ¡pero mantuvo el espectáculo en marcha! What a beautiful piece of paradise. We vacationed here for a week Nov. 5-12. Everything was perfect. The entertainment team did a great job - special shout out to Sparky who lit his pants on fire but still kept the show going! The bartenders were fantastic- Jelani was my favorite - so funny and kind. Denver was great too!All of the food was wonderful. A special shout out to the dive team who took the best care of us all week- Peaches & Marcus & Chocolate made it a memorable trip. And Brandon was a great boat captain! We don't have any complaints from the week - but do recommend taking the ferry to the resort and the helicopter back to the airport!

Sandals Grande St Lucia was the best decision for a honeymoon! We spent 7 days 6 nights and had the best time ever! We tried 9 of the restaurants and everything was amazing! I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a romantic get away with little worries, lots of food and drinks and just loves a great beach!!

Hemos tenido una experiencia increíble desde nuestro primer paso fuera del avión. Es un hermoso resort, playa privada, excelentes bebidas, comida increíble y un personal amable. ¡La cerveza Piton es excepcionalmente buena! Definitivamente lo recomendaría a cualquiera, especialmente con todo incluido. La excursión fue muy buena. La velocidad del tour con snorkel y Discover Scuba fue muy buena.

Sandals Grande St. Lucian was the perfect place for us to Honeymoon. The property is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable and cleaned daily. There was access to so many fun excursions. We would definitely go back and recommend this property to anyone. We are already planning our next trip with Sandals!

We have had an incredible experience from our first step off of the plane. It’s a beautiful resort, private beach, great drinks, amazing food, and friendly staff. The Piton Beer is exceptionally good! I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially being all inclusive. The excursion were very good. The speed of tour with snorkeling and discover Scuba were very good.

I was so happy to stay at the Sandals Grande! 5 star service from the moment you arrive. The resort is gorgeous, with a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants with great food. We stayed in a Club Sandals room which provided an extra level of concierge, although not needed to have a great time. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, I appreciate their effort to ensure we are all having a wonderful time. I felt very safe at this resort as well. I would definitely stay at a Sandals again, and this resort again for sure.

¡Este fue el viaje más asombroso! Fue tan hermoso y relajante. Nos casamos en la propiedad y fue una gran experiencia. La planificación fue fácil y fluida. El personal fue increíble de Destiny nuestro ama de llaves, Jonathan el fotógrafo, Peaches nuestro servidor y testigo de Sheena, la organizadora de bodas, no podríamos habernos sentido más especiales. ¡Fue un placer conocer a cada uno de ellos y son increíbles en lo que hacen! Santa Lucía fue mágica y estamos deseando volver a visitarla algún día

This was the most amazing trip! It was so beautiful and relaxing. We got married on the property and it was such a great experience. The planning was easy and seamless. The staff was amazing from Destiny our housekeeper, Jonathan the photographer, Peaches our server and witness to Sheena the wedding planner we couldn’t have felt more special. It was such a pleasure meeting each of them and they are amazing at what they do! St Lucia was magical and we can’t wait to visit again one day

We loved the Grande St Lucian when we stayed there. We had a swim up suite that was fantastic. The beach is amazing and the sea was calm, you didnt have to deal with peddlers in kayaks like some resorts. Fort Rodney next to the resort is a must for history lovers and it is a great hike to the top and the view is amazing.

Just returned home from a magical vacation at Sandals Grande St Lucian. The resort is exquisite and the amenities, entertainment and restaurants were fantastic! The staff was beyond friendly, greeting us with smiles and greetings at every turn and accommodating to our every need . A special shout out to our favorite pool bartender Peter and his special drinks. Byron as well was exceptional and made us feel the love. Covid cleanliness protocols were exemplary and we felt very comfortable and safe. Our entire experience was so great that we booked two future vacations for 2022 and 2023. Andy is an extreme asset to the travel team and guided us through the process with ease. We left Sandals feeling relaxed, loved and extremely anxious to return again soon!

Food was bland, wasn't authentic jerk chicken and hibachi. Front desk constant calling the room and maid and maintenance coming to the room 3 to 4 times a day, did not restock our room as promised with wine and brought the wrong kind. 1st day thought we were checking out. Had us listed for the wrong room. Pros, staff was very courteous and attentive, the place was well kept and beautiful, they have activities and sights to visit. Had a good time.😁👍

My wife and I got married here and it was beautiful! This place goes out of their way to accommodate you. They have it all! The staff helps you plan before you even arrive. We enjoyed every restaurant and all the shows we could. The water sports and snorkeling were awesome! If you can treat your wife to a Butler for a day or even a romantic dinner on the beach than do it. It's worth the experience for sure. They have a shuttle to take you off resort to do more extreme things too! My wife and I plan to be back for our anniversary. They also let you resort hop. Great food and great staff!

Great and beautiful Island. Be sure when you go to take a buggy excursion to the Volcano, mud baths, zip lines, and waterfalls. Sandals Grande had an amazing staff especially the management, everyday food was okay but nothing special. However certain restaurants on the resort that required a reservation like Gordon's was truly amazing! The resort needs to be updated a little. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We stayed here in October 2019 for our honeymoon. Everyone of the staff members was warm, friendly and inviting. The resort was beautiful. There was lots to do. We never really left the resort. The food was phenomenal. The rooms were spacious, clean and had amazing views. The spa was wonderful. They really take pride in making sure everyone has a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Sandals is amazing. The staff are very friendly and you certainly feel well taken care of. The food is excellent everywhere and they had plenty of vegetarian options which I appreciate. The beach and pools are beautiful. The only thing is you get harassed on the beach by outside vendors (nothing to do with Sandals). We also had to get to the airport ridiculously early when we could have spent more time at the pool in the morning instead of sitting at the airport for 5 hours.
