This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The beds are awful, AC was super loud and turned on and off all through the night. The bathroom was gross with the tiniest towels of all time. Pillows! Yes I'm going off on their weak pillows. Tiny and too few. The whole place looks good in the photos, but skip it. Breakfast was horrible in a hot and crowded eating room. It felt like a disease incubator. The walls were so thin we could hear the people next door snoring and their TV playing. On the bright side they did have a shuttle that picked me up from the airport at around 1:00 a.m. Also it seems like they're renovating so maybe in a few years they will be back on track.

It smelled like a litter box in the lobby! There is no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up the staircase. Once I got upstairs it was a big gust of warm humid air! It was gross. When I got in my room it was very warm! It took the whole night to get the room to 70°. I opened the window to bring in some light but instead got the view of a bright green cloudy pool. On the ceiling there was mold growing! I didn’t even try the breakfast. I do not recommend!

Be SURE you really want to STAY here before booking. Before this I always had pretty good luck with Best Western. We needed a stopover stay on Saturday night. Saratoga or Lake George would have been nice but not for $500 a night. Anyway, we show up here and nobody is at the desk or anywhere around. 10-15 minutes later the clerk walks in from the parking lot. We check in and get assigned a room. She advises driving around back to a closer door which is a nice idea but quite dark and sketch behind the building. The room itself is like 100 degrees and the a/c unit just blows around the hot air. No deadbolt lock on the room door, no trash can anywhere, light doesn’t work in bathroom, weird stains in tub, strange cubical pillows. After about 15 minutes and despite the late hour, we left for the Marriott. The nicest things I can say is that the clerk wasn’t rude and did appear to cancel my charges even though we just handed her the key cards and walked out saying we just can’t stay here. The linens appeared clean and we didn’t find bedbugs when we looked but maybe it was too hot for bedbugs in that room too.

I booked the room from July 5-9. Today is the 7th. So been in here 2 and a half nights. It's absolutely wonderful. Great price, great breakfast, great customer service. I'm super excited to be here. It's all under remodeling stages however but when this place is completely finished I'm sure it's going to be even better. Can not complain at all. Pool outside of my room as well as the courthouse is absolutely beautiful. We will be staying again when we come back . No questions asked. Hope the next 2 days are just as good.

Had a reservation was running behind schedule and the check in was smooth and it was quiet! We are at the end of the hall!!! Beds are comfortable!!! My husband is out here for work! The only thing I don’t like is having to walk all the way around the building for some breakfast!! Or going to the second floor for some ice!!! But can’t really complain was a last min check in!! Hopefully the week stay will be okay for us so far so good today is the actual full day here!
