“Não funciona, tudo cheira a cigarro e maconha o quarto não é igual ao da foto atenção ruim ao chegar na reserva à noite não tinha ninguém no lobby a pessoa chegou a 20 min e com cara feia e atenção ruim e as camas não são as mesmas da foto”

“Hotel antigo e mau serviço ao cliente. Chegamos e não havia recepção. Tivemos que ligar e veio alguém para fazer o check in. Não havia cabeleireiro nos quartos, então fui à recepção e ela explicou que havia apenas 3 para todo o hotel. Todos eles foram levados. Eles colocam apenas um sabonete. Sem shampoo ou condicionador. Temos sorte de ter toalhas :( Eu não vou ficar novamente neste hotel”
