“I stayed here recently and I have stayed here before. I left a laptop charger in my room and asked about it an hour after i left the room when I was on the way to the airport. I know it was there but they did not return it to me. I asked about it several times and they say they will get back to me, but they didn't bother. Very bad customer service.”
