“At checkin we were greeted by Andre who was absolutely amazing. We asked about restaurants in the area and he gave us a few recommendations that turned out to be amazing as well. His energy was great and he was so helpful. We understood at the time of checkin a hurricane was going to be hitting in the next few days and he did tell us that the hotel staff likes to overnight during hurricanes so we would be in great company. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.”

“I travel quite a bit and this was an excellent hotel experience! We were in town for what was supposed to be a one night trip. I booked with snaptravel (also highly recommend) But then our return train home was canceled. So we decided to enjoy more of Charleston and booked two more nights. All of the staff was so pleasant! Front desk, day and night shifts, valet attendants, house keeping and maintenance! I used the guest service laundry facility since we only had clothes for one night. But after I washed my clothes, the dryer was broken. So the maintenance guy took my clothes and had them dried for me with the housekeeping dryer. We will definitely stay here again. Our room was so comfortable and roomy!! We had a corner room with big windows. And the pool was really nice too. I enjoyed my coffee by the pool in the mornings. There’s a covered outdoor space if it’s raining. They even had a comfortable library to just relax in. As well as a fitness center too. The location is fabulous, right next to King street and easy to walk to many restaurants.”
