“El hotel muy tranquilo! Continúa desinfección en las zonas comunes (piscina) y el restaurante genial! El personal de restaurante y cafetería maravilloso .... el TI muy bueno, para estar con el estado de covid, diría que excelente! El personal de recepción también estupendo! eso si, la limpieza de habitaciones dejó que desear. Un día se dejaron la puerta abierta al limpiar, solo tapaban la cama con la colcha pero no estiraban la bajera (cuando le lleve la foto a recepción se quedaron sin palabras) otro día me encontré un estropajo en medio del baño que estaba medio limpiar (les tuve que bajar el estropajo paseándolo por todo el hotel) aunque en cada ocasión me queje a recepcióny se disculparon muy bien, de poco sirvió porque cada día era una sorpresa .... y las camas no llegaron a hacerlas bien ni un día. La bajera quedaba suelta a medias y teníamos que repasarlas porque si no dormíamos en el colchón directamente al moverse (de eso ha no me queje porque para que?Si ya me queje una vez?) Y otro pequeño detalle es que en la piscina habia algún cliente fumando porros y nadie le decía nada.... tenía que ir la gente a quejarse por el olor, hasta en cachimbas llegaron a fumar! Cuando los clientes se quejaban entonces si les decían, pero claro, la gente no tenía ganas de problemas y tenías que estar aguantando el olory la música del móvil porque allí nadie controlaba.A mi eso no me molestaba, la verdad, pero para las familias con niños pequeños era incómodo. Lo de la música si que molestaba si querías dormir o descansar.... otro día,en la piscina pequeña, había niños comiendo helados y patatas y cayendo ahí todo.... nadie les dijo nada. A la mañana siguiente ese agua estaba sucísima y la gente se quejó pero dijeron que es que había amanecido así.... Yo estuve bien porque cogimos una oferta buena y compensó el precio.... pero desde luego, ahí fallaron.... y no será porque no se les avisaba.... a su precio normal no está a la altura el tema de habitaciones y control en piscina.”

“Nice rooms and comfortable beds. The shower is weird changes temperature by itself and I burnt myself twice because of it. Kids pool extremely dirty, they should be cleaning it regularly, don’t joke with hygiene of our kids especially. Staff at the bar is super slow, we were not served the menu had to go take it myself after 20 minutes. I told him we have to check out and a flight to catch but the guy at the bar couldn’t care any lesser. At last we had to leave since he never showed up to take our order after waiting for nearly 45 minutes!! Also they made us pay for all our drinks after every meal upfront and they couldn’t charge it to the room which was very strange because I saw the staff charging to the rooms for other guests, I do not understand this kind of discrimination. Very average buffet. Overall very mediocre stay at this hotel.”
