The hotel was gross, when you first walk in there needs to have better sighs. The lobby was under construction. Had there not been someone else walking in at the same time would never known we were in the right place. The room was gross the were ants IN THE WINTER. The tub was gross the bathroom just nasty. Had there been any other hotels available we would have left. Thought at any minute they would by homeless or junkies outside the window.

I booked the king suite. It was anything but a sweet. The hotel is entirely under construction everywhere. It is dirty, trashy, worn out, construction materials everywhere, absolutely horrible. I cannot believe they are open. No one said a thing about it being under construction when I called to make the reservation. Nor do they post anything on the website. I can't imagine how many codes they must be violating by having so much construction going on with the safety hazards. The furniture in the room is worn out, the carpet is ripped, the fixings old and worn, the bathtub stained and dirty. I would never recommend anyone stay at this place. I am very disappointed that we were not informed about this, and that they charge full prices for a room that is far below any standards.

The entire place was under construction. The staff greeted us well when we arrived. When we got to the room, the light switches didn't work in the main entry or the bedroom, which was not ideal since it was after dark. Trying to figure out where the lights were located and turning them on was a pain. The closet door was off the hinges. I would expect more out of a suite for the price. The room was decently clean, and provided plenty of space. Pretty quiet throughout the night.

My husband and I stayed here 1/4/23 in room 310. The desk with the outlets didn't work, the lamp in the living room didn't work, we had to use a lamp from the bedroom to put into the living room to give us a little extra lighting. The tub that is the jacuzzi tub that's in the bathroom mind you, had black sticky boot prints stuck to the bottom of the tub. And to make it all worse the next morning while we're in our room in our birthday suits, we get two knocks on the door and then someone begins to enter the room. My husband jumps up and goes to the door and there is a family at the door trying to get into the room with a woman with a clipboard telling us we need to check out but it's not check out time. So we call down to the front desk to find out if maybe we had check out time wrong, we didn't! When asked about the woman with the clipboard that allowed someone else to come into the room, front desk was clueless. Totally disappointed with this experience!.

I had a wonderful time! The king suite was much bigger than I expected! I was solo, but there was plenty of room for more. The people working there, were very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed using the pool and spa facility. Breakfast was amazing, and all the coffee that I desired. I will definitely go back for another treat there in the near future!
