“Nope, nope, nope. Never again. We had problems from the get go - false advertising on the price (room was advertised on google as 90 a night, tax and all rang up 199+). We were informed the price went up due to ‘it being the last room and all’ in addition to a ‘very strict pet policy’. We were informed our dog had to remain quiet and could not be left in the room alone for long periods of time. Not an issue as we planned to order dinner in and not leave the hotel. Unfortunately, our neighbors were not as accommodating and left their dog unattended in the room for near two hours…. Where it barked constantly. Nothing was done. Went down for a snack, the vending machines would not take bills. That’s all annoying and frustrating but certainly not the reason we will be taking our business elsewhere for future stays…. That would be the lack of cleanliness regarding bedding. As we were packing up and making sure nothing had been left behind, my husband pulled out the duvet (which had been crammed to the foot of the bed for good reason it would seem), he noticed a huge blood stain (somewhat cleaned) on the blanket. Upon further inspection there was also a massive stain where someone had lost control of their bowels at one point in the bed… also somewhat cleaned. When we attempted to make a complaint at the front desk we were told ‘we are sorry but they are bleached between use.’ It was then notated on a yellow post it note. No white blanket that is properly bleached and sanitized between use would have those kinds of stains. We will NOT be giving this company our business again. Radisson can frame that stay.”

“No, no, no. Nunca más. Tuvimos problemas desde el principio: publicidad falsa en el precio (la habitación se anunciaba en Google como 90 por noche, impuestos y todo llamó a 199+). Nos informaron que el precio subió debido a que "era la última habitación y todo" además de una "política de mascotas muy estricta". Nos informaron que nuestro perro tenía que permanecer quieto y que no podía quedarse solo en la habitación durante largos períodos de tiempo. No fue un problema, ya que planeamos pedir la cena y no salir del hotel. Desafortunadamente, nuestros vecinos no fueron tan complacientes y dejaron a su perro desatendido en la habitación durante casi dos horas... Donde ladraba constantemente. No se hizo nada. Bajé a tomar un refrigerio, las máquinas expendedoras no aceptaban billetes. Todo eso es molesto y frustrante, pero ciertamente no es la razón por la que llevaremos nuestro negocio a otro lugar para estadías futuras... Eso sería la falta de limpieza con respecto a la ropa de cama. Mientras empacamos y nos aseguramos de que no se haya dejado nada atrás, mi esposo sacó el edredón (que había estado apretado hasta los pies de la cama por una buena razón, al parecer), notó una gran mancha de sangre (algo limpia) en la manta. Tras una inspección más profunda, también había una mancha masiva donde alguien había perdido el control de sus intestinos en un punto de la cama... también algo limpia. Cuando intentamos presentar una queja en la recepción, nos dijeron 'lo sentimos, pero se blanquean entre usos'. Luego se anotó en una nota adhesiva amarilla. Ninguna manta blanca que se blanquee y desinfecte correctamente entre usos tendría ese tipo de manchas. NO volveremos a darle a esta empresa nuestro negocio. Radisson puede enmarcar esa estancia.”
