“A positive and helpful staff makes a big difference! The front desk helped me big time with printing some documents. Otherwise a comfortable bed, clean room and good breakfast”

“The receptionist stole my creditcard info. Its done frequently by hotels, She didnt ask for my permission. The receptionist demanded my creditcard to pay for extra parking. she never told me she was about to scan my card into your computer and all the data with it. I dont want anyone to keep my credit card informafion unless you want me to have yours?? This makes me furious. This is the only place I have been stupid enough to hand over my card to a stranger.”
