“I stayed for 6 nights with my wife and two kids. 1yr and 3yrs old. The beach is just perfect and can’t be any better. The pools are perfect and right next to the beach. Hotel is the perfect size. My two kids enjoyed the play scape and water slides! They also loved the air conditioned kids place where they played with toys. I read a lot of complaints the week leading up to my vacation and considering canceling but I’m so happy we didn’t. There was food for everyone. All types of food, the buffet was great for breakfast lunch and dinner. The best restaurant was the Italian by the water. Great dessert and pizzas! I highly recommend this resort. The staff was nice and always attentive to me and especially my kids. Don’t let other people’s experiences change your plans. We’re in a pandemic and this is the Percy resort to escape from it all. I will return and next time I’m bringing the grand parents so I can try the spa with my wife!”

Amo este lugar. É um resort com tudo incluído. Os jardins são belos e bem conservados, e o churrasco da tarde não deve ser esquecido. A vida noturna é divertida e os funcionários são atenciosos. Love this place. It is an all inclusive resort. The grounds are beauty and well kept and the afternoon bbq should not be missed. The nightlife is fun and the staff are attentive. Ilha bonita, os funcionários do Royalton Hotel foram simpáticos e prestativos quando solicitados por algo. Todos os lugares estavam limpos e nos sentimos muito seguros nas atuais circunstâncias. O entretenimento noturno poderia ser um pouco mais variado, pois vimos os mesmos programas em nossa 2ª semana e na primeira semana, mas, por outro lado, recomendo este maravilhoso hotel e uma bela ilha

The Royalton is an amazing resort. The view, the food and the staff are great. The Spa is top notch for relaxation, the hydrotherapy pool is excellent for sore muscles. I also got an amazing massage. A++++

Beautiful island the Royalton Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful when asked for something. Everywhere was clean and we felt very safe under current circumstances. Evening entertainment could be a bit more varied as we saw the same shows our 2nd week as we had the first week but otherwise highly recommend this wonderful hotel and beautiful island

Eu fiquei aqui de 19 a 23 nov. Eu gostei da minha estadia no resort. O quarto era limpo e um frigobar abastecido com água e refrigerante. A vista da minha varanda era boa, eu tinha vista para o mar. Pude ver o navio de cruzeiro entrando e saindo à noite. Os jardins do hotel eram bem conservados e a equipe sempre cumprimentava você. A praia e a piscina eram boas. A água estava um pouco fria no início, mas você se acostuma. Nem todos os restaurantes eram bons. Achei o restaurante italiano sem gosto e sem graça. Na churrascaria, o bife estava duro. Apesar de ter pedido bem médio, foi bem feito. Dei outra chance à churrascaria, mas desta vez pedi o salmão e isso foi muito melhor. A vida noturna precisa de mais trabalho. Nos 5 dias que fiquei só vi o time vibe na 1ª noite e foi na sexta à noite. Eu gostaria que eles estivessem lá o fim de semana inteiro. No geral foi uma estadia agradável e relaxante. Eu iria visitar novamente no futuro.

Eu gostei muito da minha estadia no Royalton Antigua. Uma ótima estadia para famílias, especialmente aquelas com crianças pequenas. A comida era incrível, novamente para uma criança pequena o buffet foi amplamente perfeito com opções para seus pedidos sempre oscilantes. Achei muito atencioso da equipe equipar a área do buffet infantil com brinquedos e cores lúdicas. As amenidades, fantásticas foram o toboágua (não, não vou compartilhar aquela foto tirada de mim descendo 😳😂), a academia (passei muito rápido🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️ para chegar a ->) ohhhhhh o spa, 🧖‍♀️hidroterapia incrível. E o entretenimento - apenas dance a noite toda. Agora vamos fazer uma pausa para a barra de esportes🍻 e as colheres de sorvete🍦 da barra ... delicioso. As ofertas para pessoas com status Diamond Club são tão legais, serviço de mordomo, meu Deus, meu Deus. Funcionários foram tão prestativos, gentis, amigáveis e compreensivos.

I stayed here from Nov 19-23. I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The room was clean and mini fridge stocked with water and soda. The view from my balcony was good, I had an ocean view. I was able to see the cruise ship coming in and then departing in the evening.The hotel grounds were well maintained and the staff always greeted you. The beach and pool were good. The water was a tad cold at 1st but you got use to it. Not all of the restaurants were good. I found the Italian restaurant to be tasteless and bland. At the steakhouse, the steak was tough. Even though I asked for medium well it was well done. I gave the steakhouse another try but this time I had the salmon and that was much better. The nightlife needs more work. The 5 days I stayed I only saw the vibe team the 1st night and that was the Friday night. I would of liked for them to be there the whole weekend. Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would visit again in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royalton Antigua. A great stay for families, especially those with younger children. The food was amazing, again for a toddler the buffet was extensively perfect with options for their ever wavering requests. I found it so very thoughtful of the team to outfit the kids buffet area with toys and playful colors. The amenities, fantastic was the water slide (nope I won't share that pic taken of me going down 😳😂), the gym (I walked by really fast🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️ to get to ->) ohhhhhh the spa, 🧖‍♀️hydrotherapy amazing. And the entertainment - just 💃dance the night away. Now let's pause for the sports🍻 bar and the ice cream🍦 bar scoops ...delicious. The offerings to persons with Diamond Club status are so cool, butler service oh dear oh dear. Staff were so helpful, kind, friendly and understanding.

Acabo de regressar de um excelente feriado no Royalton Antigua. Da equipe da recepção para arrumação, o hotel foi incrível. Há uma grande variedade de alimentos para atender a todos os paladares. O hotel e os jardins são impecáveis !! A Equipe Vibes (equipe de entretenimento) realmente se envolve com os hóspedes e mantém todos envolvidos. Os quartos são muito bem conservados e é fabuloso que o mini-bar está incluído e é reabastecido com freqüência. Minha única reclamação é que eles não fornecem um ferro, mas fornecem um vaporizador em seu quarto. Só leva um pouco mais de tempo para tirar quaisquer vincos de suas roupas, mas isso é apenas eu sendo impaciente em querer sair e desfrutar das instalações. A praia e a área da piscina são maravilhosas. Muitas espreguiçadeiras, bar na piscina, 2 grandes piscinas, esportes não motorizados são gratuitos, há senhoras que vendem bugigangas e outras coisas na praia que irão chamá-lo, mas não o pressionam a comprar nada. Há jet ski, mas há um custo extra para isso. Todo mundo é tão educado e fala com você sempre que você passa. O entretenimento noturno é bom. Tem lugar no átrio principal, onde existe outro grande bar 🍸. Recomendo este hotel para famílias, solteiros e casais. Todo mundo é atendido.

Tive um tempo maravilhoso no Royalton Antigua. Passei uma semana lá - fiquei noiva e comemorei meu aniversário! Excelente equipe, boa música, bom entretenimento, boa comida, quarto agradável e belas vistas. Ingressou no Diamond Club e amou a exclusividade do serviço de mordomo e dos assentos. Grite para Coco da equipe Vibe, pois ela é tão simpática, extrovertida e sabe como trazer um sorriso ao seu rosto! Ela é a pessoa perfeita para estar no time vibe porque sua energia positiva é tão contagiante!

Had a wonderful time at the Royalton Antigua. Spent a week there — got engaged and celebrated my birthday! Great staff, good music, good entertainment, good food, nice room, and beautiful views. Joined the Diamond Club and loved the exclusivity of the butler service and seating. Shout-out to Coco from the Vibe Team as she is so friendly, outgoing and knows how to bring a smile to your face! She is the perfect person to be on the vibe team cause her positive energy is so contagious!

Just returned from a great holiday at Royalton Antigua. From the Front desk staff to Housekeeping, the hotel was amazing. There's a wide variety of food to cater for every palette. The hotel & grounds are spotless!! The Vibes Team (entertainment staff) really engage with the guests & keep everyone involved. The rooms are very well maintained & it's fab that the minibar is included & is replenished frequently. My only gripe is they don't provide an iron but they provide a steamer in your room instead. It just takes a bit longer to get any creases out of your clothes but that's just me being impatient in wanting to get out & enjoy the facilities. The beach & pool area are wonderful. Plenty of sun loungers, pool bar, 2 big pools, non motorised sports are free, there are ladies who sell trinkets & stuff on the beach who will call out to you but don't pressure you to purchase anything. There is jet skiing but there's an extra cost for that. Everyone is so polite & speaks to you whenever you walk by. Evening entertainment is good. It takes place in the main lobby where there's another large bar 🍸. Highly recommend this hotel for families, singles & couples. Everyone is catered for.

Had an amazing holiday. The hotel is great and located in an amazing area. The only reason why I am not giving it a 5 star is because some of the staff are pretty rude! Would have been amazing if the hotel can acknowledge this and perhaps train their staff members to be a bit more happier and more welcoming.

Fiquei 6 noites com minha esposa e dois filhos. 1 ano e 3 anos de idade. A praia é perfeita e não pode ser melhor. As piscinas são perfeitas e bem ao lado da praia. O hotel tem o tamanho perfeito. Meus dois filhos gostaram do jogo scape e toboáguas! Eles também adoraram o lugar com ar condicionado onde as crianças brincavam com brinquedos.Li muitas reclamações na semana anterior às minhas férias e estou pensando em cancelar, mas estou muito feliz por não termos feito isso. Havia comida para todos. Todos os tipos de comida, o buffet foi ótimo para o café da manhã, almoço e jantar. O melhor restaurante era o italiano perto da água. Ótima sobremesa e pizzas!Recomendo vivamente este resort. A equipe foi simpática e sempre atenta a mim e principalmente aos meus filhos.Não deixe que as experiências de outras pessoas mudem seus planos. Estamos em uma pandemia e este é o resort Percy para escapar de tudo. Voltarei e da próxima vez levarei meus avós para experimentar o spa com minha esposa!

Belo resort, mas a comida e serviço não era o melhor. Se optar por atualizar para o clube de diamantes, certifique-se de obter tudo o que vem com ele. Alguns funcionários retêm ou não sabem o que está incluído no pacote de diamantes.

Highly dissatisfied; I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. This place is poorly managed.We traveled from December 16-22 with for what could be the last vacation with my terminally ill friend. Having traveled to other Royalton properties I had an expectation for better service. The service received was sub-parr at best and well below satisfaction and expectations. I am very disappointed and would not travel back to that location with a free trip. At this point I am not confident that we will visit ANY Royalton property.Rather than write paragraphs describing our ordeals, I will write a consumable list: - One of two elevators was out of service the entire time, leaving one four person elevator resulting in a 20 wait every trip. - Every morning at the buffet took AT LEAST 30-45 min to get food due to lack of staff and food. - EVERY day the bar ran out of specific drinks to include champagne for mimosas - EVERY day staff used the excuse of being understaffed as the reason for poor service and lack of supplies - The concegierge made us a reservation at a restaurant the we found closed don't arrival for said reservation - When we complained about the concierge's mistake, the Manager Laura, then made us a reservation for which we arrived to find the restaurant closed AGAIN. There were 24 other folks there too with reservations also surprised the restaurant was closed. - Other than the buffet, which was only open a couple nights per week, all other restaurants required reservations, which sold out by 3 the day before. - Once seated for a reservation it took on average 45-60 to get your food which wasn't all hot. - Staff allowed visitors to enter the buffet area without masks - My mini bar was empty when I arrived and it took almost 3 days to get it stocked - During my stay 6 night stay, my room only received housekeeping service twice, who I questioned the housekeeper she said "sorry I'm trying to get to it, I have a lot of rooms to get to but we're understaffed, I will try to get to you today" - We tried two different days to order room service and no on answered the phone - My friend ordered food from the restaurant to be sent to my ill friend's room and the food arrived 3 his later, cold.I urge anyone looking to visit Antigua to find a different place to stay, this place is not worth the money it cost.

Beautiful resort but the food and service was not the best. If opt to upgrade to diamond club, make sure you get everything that comes with it. Some employees withhold or don't know what is included in the diamond package.

-During a Pandemic and all the problem and changes happening with flights, they're completely not flexible nor understanding. Our flight got cancelled a day before our stay. As they already took their money, they didn't care one bit and didn't even offer us any options. -Mr. Aar from Reservation, is simply in my opinion impatient and a little rude, not at all a good representation for the hotel. -The small Fridge "chiller" in the room wasn't working -Elevator problem

NÃO DESPERDIÇA SEU DINHEIRO NO DIAMOND CLUB !!!! Talvez no próximo ano, quando eles tiverem algum tempo para se descobrirem, valha a pena. NÃO éramos os únicos hóspedes com esses mesmos problemas, havia muitos. A maioria paga o extra pelas comodidades do Diamond Club Nós não estávamos na lista como hóspedes em primeiro lugar, o que causou muitos problemas no check-in. Em seguida, eles Fizeram o check-out um dia antes. Chaves desligadas, reuniões com os gerentes, comprovação da nossa reserva etc. Ainda não consigo acreditar em tudo. Eles só tinham 2 restaurantes abertos por noite (12 / 6-12 / 13) e eles acabaram com a MAIORIA dos itens em seu menu todas as noites. O cassino ainda não foi aberto. O sports bar que tem cerveja artesanal tinha apenas Carib (a cerveja local que é uma cerveja leve básica fácil de beber). A gerência deve ficar envergonhada com o nível de serviço que prestou (vou poupar todos os detalhes) e me estressaram na maioria dos dias da viagem. A única razão pela qual estou dando a eles um “3” é a equipe. A equipe é INCRÍVEL !! Útil e divertido e muito honesto sobre as deficiências do resort. Eles tinham vergonha de dizer que a cerveja, a comida ou a vodca acabavam em certos dias. A ilha é incrivelmente bonita e adoraríamos voltar a Antigua no futuro ... mas ficaremos em outro lugar.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DIAMOND CLUB!!!! Maybe next year when they have some time to figure themselves out it will be worth it. We were NOT the only guests with these same issues, there were many. Most paid the extra for the Diamond Club amenities We were not on the list as guests in the first place which caused a lot of problems upon check in. Then they CHECKED US OUT a day early. Keys shut off, meetings with the managers, showing proof of our booking etc. I still can’t believe it all. They only had 2 restaurants open per night (12/6-12/13) and they ran out of MOST of the items on their menu every single night. Casino not open yet. Sports bar that boasts craft beer had only Carib (the local beer that is an easy to drink basic light beer). Management should be embarrassed by the level of service they provided (I will spare you all the details) and they stressed me out most days of the trip. The only reason I’m giving them a “3” is the staff. The staff is AMAZING!! Helpful and fun and very honest about the shortcomings of the resort. They were embarrassed to say the beer, food, or vodka ran out on certain days. The island is incredibly beautiful and we would love to go back to Antigua in the future... but will stay elsewhere.
