“Reservamos o hotel por telefone. Inicialmente, o preço era oferecido a 153 euros e, pouco tempo depois, o colaborador Patrice corrigiu para 123 euros. O quarto estava em condições precárias e não renovadas. A janela da varanda estava quebrada. Em vez de simplesmente consertá-lo, eles colocaram uma placa feita por profissionais avisando sobre o defeito. No café da manhã havia laranjas frescas, mas nenhum suco. Nota dos colaboradores menos ativos: não temos espremedor de sumos. No caixa, dois cavalheiros abriram caminho (com o funcionário Patrice). Quando chegou a nossa vez, a factura ascendeu subitamente a 223 euros. Conselho de Patrice: não haveria outro preço. Antes de nós, no entanto, um casal com um cachorro havia pago cerca de 350 euros por 2 noites, ou seja, cerca de 150 euros por noite.O pessoal também disse a mentira. Arquitetonicamente, a casa é uma monstruosidade, o serviço era ruim, o quarto tinha qualidade da RDA e a recepção era ultrajante. Se procura qualidade em Deidesheim, deve ir ao deidesheimer Hof, por exemplo. Talvez a maxx também queira enviar funcionários para lá para mais treinamento.”
