“the location for me was wonderful.
stayed 7 nights, originally in room (king bed, very large room) on 1st floor which i prefer but refrigerator wasn't working properly & another room not available on 1st floor so relocated to 2nd floor room w/queen bed with sofa (liked that) but really appreciated the gentlemen @ front desk giving me credit voucher for cafe/bar had good chicken caesar salad twice.
i'm a slight germaphobe so i do bring disinfectant/cleaning products wish hotel would remove carpeting upgrade hardwood flooring, change nightstands to wall mounted small night table, post in room schedule date on when the room a/c filter removed cleaned. the bathroom needs more hooks for hanging towels, hand towels (yuck to laying on bathroom counter or over shower rod), a little more attention to light fixtures require clean wipe.
overall was very good, friendly staff & will re-book @ warwick location for next year”

“I used to stay at this hotel all the time and it was great. This time was a year and a half since the last time. It's gone downhill a lot. The couch was torn, the carpeting had burns, the bathtub caulk was split and the bathroom wall paper was peeling. The hotel is poorly maintained and in need of some TLC and upgrades. I'll probably stay elsewhere from now on.”
