“It was affordable near the house Comforter had visible shoe prints on it, room was not ready at 5:30 pm when I arrived, couldn't enjoy the back courtyard because there were numerous smokers present, and shower/tub had dirt on the floor (needed to be scrubbed).”

“Hotel was clean and up to date. They gave me the wrong room when I first checked in. I had a double bed and they gave me a single one. When I went to explain this, the clerk acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to pull my reservation and it took forever to fix it”
