“Excelente atención para turistas de Latinoamérica. Contratamos por Despegar, y lo elegimos por qué no figuraba resort fee. Al momento de llegar nos comunicaron que debían cobrar $25 por día de resort fee, al momento de explicar que habíamos elegidos, por no contar con resort fee, lo cancelaron, sin inconvenientes.”

“I’m not sure if I was just pleasantly surprised since the recent reviews have been so bad and I will say that I was in the main tower with beach view (but I talked to a satisfied guest who was in the shorter marina tower), but we had an overall very good experience! Our room wasn’t connected even though we booked it as such but that seems like a corporate problem. We requested 2 cribs and it took 45 minutes which felt like eternity with two tired kids. We had used the Hilton app messaging service to request that the cribs be in our room upon arrival, but it didn't happen.
The hotel is very nice looking and we loved the little coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. The property was nice and well kept. The employees were all pretty nice. We liked the walkway that connected us to the beach and pool, which was so fun on the weekend. They had a dj and it was a fun party scene yet somehow we felt comfortable at with two young kids! It was a really good location and our rooms were in pretty good shape! The location was great with many activities in walking distance.”
