“Fomos em março de 2022. Nossa experiência foi ruim no geral. Muito mau serviço e atenção da recepção e manutenção, parece que eles estavam insatisfeitos. Quando acabamos de chegar, o crachá não estava funcionando e eles nos fizeram esperar do lado de fora da sala por cerca de 20 minutos, além disso, tivemos que descer duas vezes na recepção porque o crachá ainda não estava funcionando. A janela não funcionou e tivemos que abri-la e pará-la com uma garrafa de plástico. As cortinas e tapetes eram muito fedorentos, sujos e manchados. O hotel em geral muito escuro. Também muito caro para o que eles oferecem. Nós não vamos ficar lá novamente.”

“Foi a primeira e última vez que fico hospedada num hotel do grupo Hilton. O ar condicionado só funciona com frio ou muito frio. Acordam os hóspedes às 8:00 porque querem fazer a limpeza. O chuveiro funciona mal e para ter água quente é quase preciso pedir por favor. A cama é desconfortável bem como as almofadas. Simpatia depende de quem nos atende e quando se chama atenção para alguma situação, acham que estão certos e os hóspedes errados”
