Muito top esse hotel!!!

I would say this is definitely not a four-star hotel. They no longer serve your free breakfast due to COVID-19, which is understandable. They did offer you $12 credit at the restaurant but only if you were a platinum or diamond member of the hotel. (I find this a bit ridiculous even a continental breakfast would have been a nice touch.) Restaurant closes at 5:30 for dinner service. Pool was closed when we were there the hot tub was closed for two of the four days. When we came back from a long day of walking and just wanted to sit in the hot tub we found out it closes at dusk. We never got to enjoy any of those amenities. There are no nearby places close to eat. The 7-Eleven next door was always crowded and the employees were rude there. After the price we paid I'll never go back. The Trump motel down the street had better accommodations for a reasonable price. Sorry DoubleTree but we were very disappointed.

Well first of all I was greeted up front as not as a customer , not even a smile or a single nice word . Then I found out that I had to pay for parking which was not mentioned when I did my reservation. And it’s 33$ fee per night , plus 30 resort fee , what in the world that fee is I don’t know . It was very loud and I feel like on purpose they gave me the worst room number . The remote for tv was broken , the refrigerator was broken, something in the bottom was coming out and hit my leg , bathroom was not clean , they just ignored my complains completely . The next I found out I had to pay for breakfast separately which is not included in 325 $ I paid for one night , we were not able to use pool or jacuzzi because of weather. And next morning we couldn’t use it because they were cleaning it . Carpet was filthy and all In marks . And what just ruined the stay completely at 10:40 am someone just started knocking the hell out of the my door and when I half ready opened it Hilton Employee says you have to leave we need to clean. I couldn’t believe I’m hearing this , I told him I paid until 11 and he better not tell me what to do . I had to complain again and this time they had to waive resort fee . It was my worst experience with Hilton ever , even though I have honors program and I stay in Hilton a lot ! Waste of money ……

Missing a gym 😬 Rooms are comfortable and were cleaned. Maybe they could add some toothpaste 😅, with the little free sample of soap, shampoo and conditioner. People usually bring their own stuff but, in case they forget. Not Netflix.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel need some upgrades. In our room you can see paint was cracking in the bathroom ceiling. Toilet was moving. Shower fixture was loose. Patio stones by the pool needs major upgrades. People can easily trip and fall. While we were using hot tub, coconuts fell down from the tree few feet away. Very close call on that. Besides that everything was good. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

We only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport but wish we had had more time. The hotel was so clean and attractive with inviting common areas. Our room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

So I was a little skeptical about arriving here after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad I chose this place! The staff is so nice and attentive. They all make sure to greet you and ask if you need anything. The interior is nice and updated. The pool is huge and spacious and it’s very relaxing. I’m happy about this place, some hotels in this area can be a hit or miss but I’m happy to spend 5 days here with my husband and two children.

I had a room with a view of a wall over an alley. It was entertaining watching rats fight at 3am while I sat on the balcony. The bathroom had 0 face towels. But it get a star for that comfortable bed! I wish Ienjoyed the stay a little better to return on our monthly date nights but that view left a lot to be desired. I guess this place will not get a return unlike some of our favorites. We enjoy to take a few pictures to remember our date nights this one had NONE in the room this time. Oh and the ice machine was broken and it cost $35 for valet to park our car on the other side of the valet stand. Tired of being penny pinched out of every cent and get to a room and see a wall....

What a wonderful stay we had! The staff was so friendly, they give you water and cookies when you check in as part of the resort fee. Let me tell you I wasn't expecting much from the cookies but they were kept in a warmer and were beyond delicious! If you have a nut allergy beware. They contain walnuts! The pool was very nice, only thing I don't like is you have to sign the beach towels in and out and if you don't return them there's a 25 dollar fee! So either bring your own towels or make sure you account for each of theirs! The jacuzzi is large and can fit probably 6 people comfortably. The room was bright, clean and I love the sink next to the mini fridge. I never saw one roach which is a nice change from where I have been staying before for similarly priced hotels. I can't rave about this place enough!

Excelente atencion del staff y excelentes instalaciones! La playa estaba sucia pero el hotel tiene una bonita piscina con vista al rio. Realmente nos encantó el hotel!

Este Hotel tiene demasiados Fees escondidos, Tienes que pagar valet parking más caro de la zona 30 usd diarios, tienes que pagar 25 usd de sillas y sombrilla Del Mar, así no lo uses, te van hacer el roomservice a las 6 de la tarde y lo tienes que reservar con 24 horas de anticipación, el restaurante no te sube comida a la habitación, Tienes que ir siempre y no hay mucho para escoger, la piscina solo es hasta las 8 de la noche, Adicional el servicio de la Front desk que nos hizo el checking fue grosero y sarcástico a la hora de ingresarnos, nunca lo recomendaría habiendo mejores en hoteles en la zona...

Un servicio de playa imposible de usar con tres edificios que lo comparten. Muy mala experiencia con la gente del servicio de playa. La habitacion muy comoda pero extremadamente sucia. Excelente la piscina asi como los empleados del servicio de piscina y del bar. (Lo que salvo mi estadia honestamente). No volveria.

Viajamosdesde Chicago a FL nos hospedamospor 3 dias en este hotel. Alquilamos 2 habitaciones yCon toda honestidad cuando llegamos no estabamos 100% felices con algunas cosas . Les notifique en el front desk y de inmediato la gerente Jessica, subio directamente a nuestras habitaciones a ver lo que estaba pasando y enseguida nos resolvio el problema. Eso para nosotros significo 7 veces mas que haber llegado a un lugar en donde nunca ubieramos tenido problemas. Lo que nos llamo la atencio fue como ellos resolvieron todo con tanto profesionalismo. Gracias a todo el equipo de este Hotel. Nos hicieron sentir en casa. Sin duda alguna lo volveria a recomendar y me volveria a hospedad alli nuevamente. Gracias Jessica por todo el apoyo, desde Chicago un abrazo.

excelente hotel e localização para quem quer acessar melhores shoppings

O hotel em si é muito bom. Os quartos são excelentes, grandes , cama agradável, wifi rápido com algumas pequenas interrupções mas nada de mais, atendimento ótimo, minha unica reclamação seria o chuveiro que é baixo e batia a cabeça nele ao tomar banho.

I was not impressed. Our room was not cleaned properly, pee sprinkle on the toilet seat, stray hair on the sink. Makes you wonder how clean everything else is. We didn't complain, we brought our own clorox wipes. Only one of the elevators was working and only 2 people at a time due to covid, nightmare. You could hear every sound in the hallway. It was nice having a balcony, the shower had super hot water, and the bed was big and comfortable, but we won't be returning to this location.

It wasn't at all like I pictured or thought it would be, it was a little embarrassing. The pictures were deceiving. Imagine booking what you think is a nice luxurious hotel for a romantic get away (not motel as it turned out to feel like), staff was sweet and polite but seemed to not be organized (prepared), no ice machine (or in the fridge) on the floor and an AC unit unable to be controlled by the thermostat...not romantic at all. The bed and towels were nice though!

Precioso hotel, cómodo y muy cuidado, excelente atención, y amenities. Ubicacion en frente de la famosa hallandale beach, como contra es que se debe cruzar la av Collins para acceder a playas públicas, pero estas son muy bonitas y cómodas en esta zona. Con respecto a south beach hay distancia de25km aprox y de donwtown unos 30 km. Habitaciones muy comodas y espaciosas, baño impecable. Limpieza, atención por parte del personal todo excelente. Lo mejor la Piscina degran tamaño con vista a la bahía,preciosa y bien cuidados losespacios comunes.

Tuve un incidente en mi actual estadía en este hotel. Quiero aclarar que yo me he quedado varías veces antes, soy clienta de ellos y ni eso tuviera en cuebta para atender mi solicitud. He venido por 3 días del 6 al 9 de Enero. Ayer 7 de enero me metí al Jacuzzi con mis 3 hijos (11, 11 y 13 años) y los niños se me quejaron que sentían picazón y dolor en la piel. Nos salimos del Jacuzzi y ahí nos percátanos que 3 de nuestros vestidos de baño se habían desteñido. Los niños se bañaron arriba y continuaroncon la picazón y el dolor en la piel. Me tocó ir a una farmacia para comprar crema con cortisona y antialérgicos. Puse la queja en la recepción del hotel ayer mismo (hablé con la Señora Blanca, ella apuntó todos nuestros datos) y dije que por favor le comunicarán esto al gerente del hotel. No recibí ni 1 llamada, ni 1 nota de parte del gerente o de ningún miembro del hotel, ni siquiera para preguntarcómo habíamos amanecido. Esta mañana mi esposo volvió a hablar con la recepción y le dijeron que el genrente estaba en un conference call. Tuvimos que bajar una tercera vez, hasta que por fin nos atendió. Yo le dije que revisara las cámaras del hotel, me imagino que habrá alguna cámara disponible desde la salida de nuestra habitación hasta la piscina, donde el pueda verificar los colores de los vestidos de baño con los que nos dirijamos al jacuzzi, y con los que nos regresamos al cuarto. Pero según el gerente no hay ninguna cámara donde él pueda verificar esto. Nos sacó una hoja diciéndonos que según los datos del señor encargado de revisar el jacuzzi todo estaba perfectamente bien. Ni siquiera se tomó la molestia de preguntarme cómo estaban mis hijos, no le tomo foto alguna a los vestidos de baño (estánmuy desteñidos, claramente se nota) o al recibo de los medicamentos que compre para aliviar a mis hijos. Lo que me dijo es que le iba a pasar la información al seguro. No tengo idea de que información va a pasar. Porque como les comento, no se tomo la molestia de tomar ninguna foto. El hecho es que la actitud completamente desinteresada hacia un cliente de un gerente general dice mucho. Aquí no se trata sólo de unos vestidos de baño, es el riesgo para la salud al que mis hijos y yo estuvimos expuestos al bañarnos en un jacuzzi con exceso de cloro. El Gerente que nos atendió se llama Miguel Hoyer.

Hotel was exceptionally clean, room was spotless. All staff were very pleasant and polite. Pool was GREAT. Hotel was a very short (less than 5 minute) walk to the beach. About 10 minute walk to Walmart. A few things to note, be sure to READ their website before booking. This is advertised as a "resort". Not sure what "resort" means in Florida, but this is just a hotel with a nice outdoor pool. There are quite a few fees that can be a surprise if you are not aware of them (valet, early check in, late check out). The restaurant on site has very limited hours and is only open certain days of the week, so be sure to research and have a plan on what you are going to do regarding meals. Food options are very, very limited within walking distance. All in all, it was a great choice for me to stay at the DoubleTree, and I would definitely recommend it!

Impecable. Muy limpio, el personal muy atento. Muy bien ubicado. !os cuartos muy bien mantenidos. Es la cuarta vez que voy . Esta vez fuia finales de octubre, me hubiera gustado la pileta más caliente el agua, y con más cloro. Dada la situación de la pandemia.

Beware lots of incidental fees. Arrived and valet was $30 mandatory per night. Then asked for $75 per night for incidentals although that was not explained properly by the front desk who in total tried to charge the $30 per night and additional $150!! If that's policy it needs to be included in booking on the Hilton website and front desk should have been competent enough to explain what she was attempting to charge my credit card and what had already been charged. I am a Hilton Honors member and have been for years so I don't give this review lightly. Its a 3 rating because the room was clean and large.

Nice place, great view of bay. Must arrive early for good view or specifically book a room with view in advance. Kayla at the front desk is wonderful and very welcoming. The room is large and has a nice kitchenette. However, the shower could have been cleaned better and they don't put enough towels in the room so you have to go downstairs get more. Overall good experience and I may visit again, especially since it's only a 2 min walk to the beach entrance and the hotel was not overcrowded. No wait to get on the elevator and guest followed COVID-19 precautions outlined by the hotel.

I love this spot! They give awesome dishes, they have a nice menu, The chef in that spot is a real authority in the kitchen, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently of high qualtity, the attitude towards the customersis agreeable. Igo often to this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all.

El hotel es muy lindo. Poco nivel de serviciopor lo que los argentinos estamos acostumbrados. La playa se abarrota de gente. No tiene servicio de playa. No tiene desayuno incluido que vale 15 o 24 dólares. El parking 30 U$S.Realmente caro. El front desk no es bilingüe, increíble a esta altura del mundo que vivimos. La pileta muy bonita.

Recien renovado, con cambio de bandera incluido, lo mejor de este hotel sigue siendo su staff que te hace sentir como en casa.. Destaco la eficiencia y amabilidad de Barbara en front desk, lacalidez y buena onda de Beatriz y el servicio de Jeff, solo por nombrar algunos. La construccion de una torre vecina le ha quitado un par de puntos a la increible zona de la piscina, aunque no molesta el descanso y el relax. Parking solo con valet, con servicio rapido a $25, y no cobran resort fee. Felicitaciones al management.

Excelente ubicación,está en el límite donde termina Hollywood y comienza Hallamdale.Está a metros del puente y en frente en diagonal la entrada a pública a la playa, si no te gusta la arena te quedas en la piscina de agua tibia. Podes cruzar el puente e ir al Walmart que está a pocas cuadras o desayunar o almorzar en Panera también pasando el supermercado.Hotel muy recomendable, tal vez la limpieza de las habitaciones no es super pero tampoco me queje con lo cual no le Di la oportunidad de mejorar. Es que las migas retuvieron 2 días en la mesita.. no era para tanto pensé.Sólo esa contra.El café del cuatro es bueno considerando el café de allá, No? Jajajajajaja

Buen hotel muy cómodo tiene muy buena piscina con vusta a la laguna y una parada con un muelle para tomar un watertaxi.La playa esra cruzando la calle muy cerca. Más que nada para caminaro tomar sol ya que es pequeña a esa altura de Miami. Estas caminando a 10 minutos del Walmart y 15 de Ross .En general el Hotel esra muy bien y lo recomiendono cobra el resort fee solo por estacionar. El desayuno no esta incluido valor aop usd 25 con tasas.Esoero regresar pronto
