“DO NOT BOOK HERE! There are BED BUGS. Our treatment before the bed bugs was unacceptable but then we got bitten after they switched our room to the actual room we reserved and tried to DENY IT. We were on our honeymoon, they gave us a double bed room not the king room we reserved then after 3 days gave us the proper room and all of the sudden I wake up covered in bites! This was after the butler manager YELLED at me when I complained about not getting our bags brought down to the room for 2 hours after we checked in. We went to every level of management at the hotel possible and we were literally offered NOTHING except the things we already got for free already! It’s an all inclusive and we were offered a bottle of tequila and an hour of hydrotherapy which is already INCLUDED. This place has no idea what hospitality means. Also the food was horrendous besides one restaurant. They use a margarine instead of butter that tasted like plastic and served us the most disgusting “sushi” at their sushi restaurant that was literally rice with a fake crab stick and plain Mayo. Disgusting”
