“First off it was beautiful...the grounds, the pools....but that’s where it stops.after talking to the people in charge we find out they are very under staffed..and don’t have enough places to eat at the resort for those they booked...they just told us to order room service...well this is interesting because room service never comes...I had the front desk as well as our concierge order for us stating we didn’t get service the day before...and nada...just not enough help. The food wasn’t great that we had. We had no hot water in our rooms the entire time for showers. It rained while we were there so we wanted to watch a movie...no cable it worked for others but not our room. Our room key was another situation....it didn’t work half the time...I felt like we spent more time waiting on maintenance guys to rekey our door, try and fix hot water, and work on cable....will not return.”
