“Two words for this resort LUXURY ZEN. From the rooms, to the service impeccable! I got to tell you my husband and I had an unforgettable experience and we're hoping to return for Valentine's Day if all works out as planned. Flew to Cancun for the first time the day before my birthday 10/02. We received cold refreshing beverages (a mix of cucumber, ginger and lemon). Then taken to our rooms by the butler, instructions well illustrated and communicated. What more can I say...the only reason I rated this resort a 4/5 is because at the end of our stay while we were checking out at concierge, the receptionist during that shift which was Sat 10/09/2021 between 11am-1230pm (again, time interval we checked out) wasn't very polite and somewhat rude. Unfortunately, I don't recall her mentioning her name. Besides that...I would definitely recommend the Nizuc Resort and Spa, Cancun, Quintana Roo Mexico”

“This is the most amazing resort I have ever visited!!! Ishmael (drives golf cart) assisted my wife and I several times in addition to helping us with our espanol. William (family pool attendant) Awesome very attentive. Ricardo & Luis (Building 6 butlers) Excellent!!!! Made reservations and took care of anything we needed. The food is unbelievable and everyone on the staff were friendly and helpful. loved this resort and will definitely be returning. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.”
